Endsleigh Insurance – office graphics

The Graphical Tree produced the office graphics for the Endsleigh Insurance offices in Cheltenham and Burnley. As well as printing the graphics we also sent a team of installers to the two locations to fit the job professionally.

It’s always nice to work with a great creative team on a job. In this case the artwork was supplied by illustration agency You Can Now, commonly known as YCN. YCN commissioned illustrators Owen Gatley, Owen Rimington, and Thomas Boswell for the office space creative. Illustrations were produced as vector files, allowing them to be enlarged without quality loss and perfect for these lovely pieces.

An initial site visit to each location allowed us to measure the walls accurately and see the spaces for ourselves. These dimensions were then supplied to YCN to pass on to their illustrators. We also took notes on positions of items such as light switches, heaters and fire extinguishers. We made the wall plans available to ensure the characters avoided these when in place.

As the wall graphics were to be in situ for a while they were printed to a permanent self adhesive vinyl with a matt seal. This meant that the prints could be cleaned easily.

Self adhesive vinyl is great substrate to install as it's a very pliable material. It's easy to reposition the graphics and trim and apply around areas such as window frames.

Some of the illustrations were positioned double sided on the glass. These are printed on a block out grey back self adhesive vinyl. Block out vinyl stops light shining through so you can't see the graphic in reverse of the glass.

The illustrations made for a warm, impactful office space, friendly to both staff and visitors. The quality of the print and installation needed to be top level as the graphics were viewed in close proximity. Thankfully, high quality outputs are very important to us.

The end result looks great, ensuring happy clients, customers and illustrators.
