Foamex is a hugely popular, widely used, and durable board. We use it for cut-to-shape graphics, point of sale, event and exhibition spaces, retail stores, and for museum and gallery work.

Foamex is produced from plastic so it's fully waterproof when printing directly to the board or when mounting self-adhesive vinyl prints to the surface. And although Foamex graphics are made of plastic, did you know it's fully recyclable? It's also reusable. So you could either send it back to us to re-purpose or, at the very least, put it in your recycling for collection and safe disposal.

It's available in various thickness, starting as thin as 1mm (which incidentally is ideal for wrapping columns) so have a think when ordering whether you really need the thickest material, or if in fact, you could use a thinner board, saving on the amount of plastic used even before recycling. If your graphics are being installed to a solid wall, for example, you just need to use a 2mm or 3mm board.

We can print on either side of the sheet giving you even the opportunity to produce double-sided printed if needed - this could be for hanging signage or reversible menu boards.

Foamex can be nailed, screwed, riveted or stuck to surfaces as required.

Lastly, Foamex is also a fire-resistant material with a Class 1 fire rating, meaning it is a non-inflammable or combustible.

So remember, if you're looking for recyclable or reusable material, Foamex board printing is a great option to consider.
